| Bob and Sally Kirk welcome you to Springstep Dairy, situated in the beautiful East Essex countryside. The Kirk family have been farming dairy cows for generations, but in 2002, they made the bold step of entering the dairy goat world. Three years and 450 goats later, the farm now boasts a fully operational dairy and cheesery. Springstep Dairy has the largest dairy goat herd in East Anglia. We supply milk to the Ipswich and Colchester branches of the Co-op, who deliver goats' milk to the door. We also sell milk, cheese and cream at a variety of farmers' markets all over Essex. Mundon Hall Farm itself has a wealth of history, with a variety of scenic rambles, a 14th century church, and the 1000 year old petrified oak forest in the field beyond The Farm. Maintaining the environment and ecology surrounding the farm has always been a high priority for us at Springstep.
